This page describes the data processing of this website. The processing of data entrusted to us under an engagement is governed separately, by the agreement annexed to the framework contract — the six corresponding commitments appear on the Technical approach page.

Data collected by this site
Only what you enter in the contact forms: name, company, email address, telephone number, proposed time slots, and the free line describing your process. No other data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose
To call you back or to reply to you. This data serves nothing else. It is neither sold, nor passed on for commercial purposes, nor used to train a model.
Legal basis
Your voluntary approach in getting in touch, and the legitimate interest in replying to it.
Retention period
Requests with no follow-up are deleted at the latest twelve months after the last exchange. Files that led to a contract follow the periods set by the processing agreement.
Recipients
The engineer or engineers handling your file. Message delivery goes through a transactional sending provider, which makes no other use of it.
Audience measurement
No advertising trackers, no third-party audience measurement cookies.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection. Write to contact@astreli.ai; you will receive a written reply. Compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and with the European regulation where data of persons located in the Union is concerned.
