Method
Twenty minutes,a visit,a written scope.
Astreli commits to nothing before having seen the work being done.
The sequence
Four steps, inthis order.
On the phone
Which process, which software, what volume.
20 minutes
The visit
At your premises, free of charge.
2 to 3 hours
The framework contract
Signed once. The rules, not the scope.
A purchase order
The first one, a single process.
The visit
Two to three hours.Free of charge.
The engineer who will design the system comes to you.
He looks at your screens as they are, opens your real documents, and talks to the people who do the work.
What we ask of you: someone available, access to the screens, two or three representative documents.
If there is nothing to do, we will tell you.
The commitment
What commits you.
No price list here: the amount is given after the visit, in writing.
The framework contract
Signed once. Neither scope nor spend.
One order per step
Nothing starts without that document.
No subscription
One step at a time, or none.
Naming an amount before seeing the process means getting it wrong — or adding a safety margin to cover our own ignorance. You would be the one paying for that margin.
The framework contract settles confidentiality, ownership of the code, responsibilities and data processing. The first batch covers a single process: the one observed during the visit.
The amount is tied to a scope described line by line. The code written for you is delivered and documented; it remains your property and remains runnable without us.
What comes next
Twenty minutes isenough to know.
If the subject holds, we come to you for two to three hours, free of charge.
